all returns must be made by
Friday, October 7th, 2022

New Textbooks and Course Materials
(NOT kits) may be returned for full account credit if returned in the original condition within a reasonable time from the date of purchase, or before October 7th, 2022.
DO NOT
write in the book or remove
ANY
shrink wrap or the book will
NOT
be accepted. All books MUST be in brand new, resalable condition. No bent covers, no torn or dirty pages, no writing or highlighting whatsoever.
Kits with e-text/access codes
may not be returnable because they are registered in student names.
Kits made of course materials
may not be returnable because they are customized for students.
Defective electronics
may be exchanged or returned for full account credit.
Supplies
may be exchanged for either the same item or an item of the same value.
Apparel and backpacks
must be brand-new, unworn, and have the original sales tag attached for full account credit or exchange.
