Upper School Bookstore Home

The Bookstore is a specialty store which has been customized to service the Harvard-Westlake School community. Our store is the primary supplier of required textbooks and curriculum support materials for our students and teachers. As a convenience to our customers, we supply additional merchandise such as school supplies, art supplies, backpacks, custom Harvard-Westlake apparel, daily school bus passes, tickets to performing arts events, and gift and novelty items, all at reasonable prices.

Gifts for the Graduate

Honor your Harvard-Westlake graduate with a special gift from the Bookstore. We have commemorative diploma frames, mugs, and more. If you'd like to pre-order a diploma frame and pay for it using a student I.D. number, cash, or check, please contact us at bookstoreus@hw.com You may pick it up the day of commencement, or we can send it to you for an additional shipping fee. Merchandise will also be available for purchase on the day of commencement. We will be stationed next to the track and field.

Shop in the bookstores on both campuses now through Friday, June 7th to save 25%-40% off selected specialty clothing and 25% off backpacks and computer bags!

Payment options: HW student account, cash, or personal check. No credit cards, please. All charges made to your HW student account are due upon receipt of invoice.
Welcome to the Bookstore!

The Bookstore is open Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM. We are located on the first floor of Chalmers.

Come to the Bookstore to purchase not only your textbooks, but all of the school supplies you need - pens, pencils, notebooks, binders, dividers, calculators, and more - as well as backpacks, apparel, and many other items. ID cards are required for all purchases, so please bring your student ID!
Art Club Tote Bags

Now available in the Upper School Bookstore: Hand-painted tote bags decorated by the HW Art Club. They are working to raise funds for Daniel, a kindergartner who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Click here for a behind-the-scenes look at the decoration of the bags!

We now carry LoJack for Laptops, software which gives you the power to remotely locate, lock, and delete the data on your computer. It works for Mac and Windows, laptop, desktop, or tablet.
Letterman Jackets

If you played on a sports team and have earned your HW patch, you may order a letterman jacket! Please email ihernandez@hw.com to schedule a fitting.

Need for a gift for a birthday, a special occasion, or Mother's Day? Look at our new necklaces. Many of the pieces are one-of-a-kind, so when they're gone, they're gone - get 'em while they're hot!
