The boys’ varsity tennis team defeated Crossroads at home Thursday afternoon 11-7. The squad has started off this season on a three game win streak, beating Brentwood and San Marino earlier this week.

The Wolverines face Crespi on the road Tuesday in their first Mission League match of the season.

Singles player Ryan Thacher ’08 is ranked first in the nation in the 18-under age group by the US Tennis Association. He is one of three local athletes to be nominated for the High School Male Athlete of the Year in 710 ESPN's Southern California Sports Awards.
