Girls' soccer team triumphs in second round of CIF

Coming off a shutout win over Arcadia, the girls soccer team continued its playoff success with a 4-1 win over University High School of Irvine at Ted Slavin Field today.
The victory gives the Wolverines a place in the CIF semifinals next Tuesday, which will also be played at home.
Hayley Boysen ’10 and Katie Speidel ’11 each scored two goals to lead the team to the win.
